Dr. Ghavam is a Board Certified and fellowship trained spine surgeon with thirty years of experience. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the North American Spine Society.

He practiced for 20 years in Huntsville, AL, during which time he also served as flight surgeon in the Alabama Air National Guard. In 2014, he deployed to Bagram AB in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

He has helped develop spine programs in rural hospitals in Silverton, Oregon and Buren, Washington, and in the underserved urban community of Burien, Washington.

Dr. Ghavam is delighted to now serve the Nashville and surrounding communities.
